Jen Greenway works with individuals and organizations across Canada and Turtle Island who are committed to Reconciliation and decolonization, empowering them to lead their own transformative decolonization journeys and cultivate culturally safe, inclusive spaces for clients, staff, and communities.
Based on the unceded territories of the Coast Salish Peoples on Vancouver Island, Jen is an Indigenous educator, podcaster, and workshop facilitator with over five years of experience supporting communities, organizations, and governments across British Columbia and beyond. Through a deeply relational and place-based approach, she works with teams who are ready to go beyond the land acknowledgment and take meaningful, ongoing action toward equity, Indigenous inclusion, and cultural safety.
Jen specializes in delivering trauma-informed, anti-racist, and decolonial training rooted in Traditional Ways of Being and Knowing. Her signature workshops—Cultivating Safe Spaces and Going Beyond the Land Acknowledgment—have been featured in government initiatives, post-secondary curricula, and Indigenous-led events across Turtle Island.
With a background in Indigenous governance, public speaking, and frontline support work, Jen brings a grounded, accessible, and no-fluff approach to Reconciliation education. Her podcast, Go Smudge Yourself, offers listeners a candid and compassionate entry point into tough conversations around identity, colonization, and what it means to build authentic relationships with Indigenous communities.
Whether you’re a small business on Vancouver Island, a health organization in BC, or a national agency seeking to engage more meaningfully with Indigenous Peoples, Jen helps you meet the moment with courage, context, and cultural accountability.
Jen Greenway’s approach to Reconciliation is rooted in empathy, cultural humility, and healing, creating inclusive, trauma-informed spaces across Canada and Turtle Island where individuals and organizations can engage meaningfully with anti-racism, decolonization, and social justice. Through her workshops, speaking engagements, and digital resources, Jen empowers participants to embark on personal and professional journeys of self-discovery and growth, fostering equity, accountability, and a deeper Relationship to Place that supports safer, more equitable communities, workplaces, and learning environments.
